Vaginoplasty is the process of constructing or repairing a vagina. A surgical procedure is performed under anaesthesia for the patient’s comfort. To delineate the extra skin that needs to be removed from inside the vagina, a pie-shape wedge is marked once the amount of tightening is determined.
